FATman Brummer was introduced to music from the early age of 8 when he started to accompany his musician-dad to professional performances. He learned to play the guitar and piano at school and moved on to study music at ALMSA, The Pretoria Music Academy and UNISA. Born in Pretoria, FATman first moved to Phalaborwa then to Marble Hall and has now settled on a farm outside Bela-Bela where he enjoys a rural lifestyle and relax with his family in-between his shows.
